1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
We do not accept returns on opened or used kratom products for safety and compliance reasons.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@kratomreserve.com with:

The reason for your return

A photo (if product was damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at kratomreserve5353@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used kratom products

Gift cards or promotional items

Sale or clearance items (final sale)
6. Shipping Your Return
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
